Julius is well versed in all phases of electrical engineering design and analysis. He’s obtained extensive experience in interior/exterior lighting, site and building power distribution, power generation, and specialty systems. Such systems include voice/data, telephone and security for a variety of building types such as hospitals, correctional facilities, schools and office buildings. He’ll lend his skills in developing effective, and efficient engineering solutions to your specific design problems, writing specifications, performing all calculations, estimating costs, project budgeting, forecast, revenue, and
management.

Jorge L. Rivera, PE, LEED®AP
PRINCIPAL VoltAir Consulting Engineers, LLC.
With over 20 years experience, Jorge will be hands-on in all phases of mechanical engineering analysis and design for HVAC, energy management systems, plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of building types. He’ll be involved in all aspects of inter-disciplinary project management including: scope of work development, facility survey/inspections, energy analysis, cost estimating, project coordination, construction administration, project quality and budget control. Jorge has an impressive track record with many different types of public and private projects including educational, institutional, laboratory, retail, residential and aviation buildings.
